Marion Thelma Moore

- Born and educated in Zimbabwe, and based there until September 2004, relocated to Botswana, and thereafter in April
2007 to Tanzania. - Worked in Zimbabwe, Botswana, Zambia, Malawi, South
Africa, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and Cote d’Voire - Qualified in 1982 as a fellow of ICSA London, and became a
Fellow Certifed Public Accountant in Zimbabwe in 1984 - Operated at board and executive committee level, with interaction with all stakeholders including funders, shareholders,
and government offcials. - Financial Director of Econet Wireless Zimbabwe, the GSM Network Infrastructure company and service provider, participated in road shows leading up to the listing on Zimbabwe Stock exchange and winning tender for the Mascom Botswana license award.
- Opened management consultancy company in 2003 in
Zimbabwe (carrying out financial and legal due diligence, fundraising, restructuring and negotiating the buying and selling of companies etc - CEO for Letshego Tanzania t/a FAIDIKA for 9 years, taking
company from loss making grass roots operation to one of the top profit earners for the Letshego Holdings Group (Botswana
SE listed company - Carried out several substantial ”Corporate Social Responsibility ” projects to encourage Tanzanian citizens to use loans wisely, by providing financial and entrepreneurial education.
- Opened own management consultancy company in Tanzania
in January 2016. - Hold a valid Tanzania 5 year “A” Class work permit.
- Achievements:President of the ICSA Zimbabwe in 1992.
